At Pizza Therapy, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be processed. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Refunds and Returns
Food Orders
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, such as:
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Missing items in your order.
- Food quality concerns or items not meeting our standards.
Please contact us immediately via the methods listed below.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong order.
- Your order was not delivered.
- Your order was canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy (see Cancellation Policy below).
- The food was damaged during delivery.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Changes to your preferences after delivery.
- Food that was consumed in part or whole.
- Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement by calling our customer service line at 416-201-0807. Once food preparation has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
For pre-scheduled orders, cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@pizzatherapy.ca or call us at 416-201-0807 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order details, including your order number, delivery time, and details about the issue.
- Include any relevant photos if the issue involves food quality or damage.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Payments made via credit/debit cards will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Payments made via cash will be refunded as a store credit or replacement order.
Replacement Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order but meet refund eligibility criteria, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to availability and will be delivered as soon as possible.
Promotions and Discounts
Orders placed using promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for a replacement at the Company’s discretion.
